Domains
The Domains service allows you to configure technical
parameters of each individual site, such as IP address, domain
aliases, DNS settings, etc.
Web Options
This service allows you to enable or disable web utilities
that can be applied to your site. These would include
features that add power to your site, such as
CGI support, SSL support, or Redirect URL, and features that
enhance your site management capabilities, such as FrontPage and
various log analyzers.
Change Password
This will allow you to change your control panel password and, optionally, your ftp password. To change the email
password, use Email or WebMail service.
Change Account
If you have several accounts, you can use this feature
to switch between them.
Add Account
This service allows you to create new accounts.
Multiple accounts are good to use when you want to
host different domains under different plans or when
you prefer to use a different billing profile for
each domain. In most cases, though, it is more
convenient to have all domains in one account.
E-mail
E-mail
This is the place to manage all aspects of your email service,
including mailboxes, forwarding rules, mailing lists,
mailbox aliases and autoresponders. Also, this is
where you can change the password to any of your email
accounts.
Web Mail
Use this service to manage your e-mail correspondence.
FTP
FTP Manager
This is the place to change your FTP password and view
other FTP-related information.
FTP Service
With FTP service, you can allow users to list and download
files from your site. This service requires a dedicated IP.
Contact/Billing Info
Contact Info
Here you can edit your contact information for this account.
If you have more accounts, contact info for them will remain
unchanged.
Billing Info
Here you can edit your billing settings for this account.
Use it to specify how you want to pay, by check or by credit card,
which of your billing profiles you want to be billed, and
whether or not you want to get regular invoices by e-mail.
Online Invoice
This is the reference of your invoices for each billing
period. You can view all your bills from the
day when the account was created till present.
Online Price
Online Price page shows:
- how much of your resources you have used, how much you
have free, and the maximum allowed on your account;
- what are the setup, recurrent, and usage prices
you pay for each resource;
- how much you will be refunded if you give up a resource.
Money Back
This service allows you to cancel hosting and get
your money back.
Tools
Site Studio
This is a wizard-like site builder that will help
you create a professionally looking website in a matter
of minutes without any knowledge of HTML.
File Manager
This application can be used instead of or along with
your FTP client to navigate your home directory and
manage its content.
Web Protect
Using this tool, you can password-protect any directory
you own. This will prevent users from viewing the contents
of a directory unless they have permission. You can authorize
any number of users for each directory.
Warning: Don't use this feature if you have Frontpage
Extensions installed. You would need to use Frontpage itself to
perform this function.
Stats
Utilities in the Stats section allow you to monitor your
web site statistics and generate reports, such as
visits and hits to your web pages, traffic usage, etc.
Submit URL
This feature is indispensable at the promotion stage.
It registers your websites with major search engines.
Reverse Traceroute
This internet troubleshooting tool allows you to test
if a remote host can be reached from your hosting server
and how long it takes. It is mainly used to check whether
your site is visible from the internet and how good
the transfer rate is.
Web Server
MIME Types
MIME Types allows you to set certain programs to be used
for specific extensions. For example, all files that end
in .ram would be set to use Real Player on the user's
PC. Most users do not need to use this feature.
Warning: Don't use this feature if you have Frontpage
Extensions installed. You would need to use Frontpage
itself to perform this function.
Error Pages
This service will help you add web pages that are shown
to visitors when they try to open, for instance, a
nonexistent html page.
Script Handlers
Here you can specify to the server what file extensions
must be treated as executable scripts.
SSL
SSL service secures information that is passed to and
from your website. Switch SSL protection on if you
work with passwords, credit card numbers or similar
private information. To use SSL, you need to purchase
an SSL certificate. If your plan includes Shared SSL,
you don't need a certificate.
Redirect URL
This service allows you to have internet visitors redirected
to any other location on the web.
Front Page
This service allows you to install FrontPage extensions,
which are necessary in order to use FrontPage with your site.
You can also verify that they are installed, or remove them
if you do not wish to use them any longer.

MySQL Server
This service allows you to create online MySQL databases
and grant permissions on them to individual users and scripts. You can define
who can write to a database and who can have only read only
permissions.
phpMyAdmin
phpMyAdimn is a web based MySQL database manager
that gives you control to add/edit/delete tables, fields and values.
You can also run queries directly from this interface.
PgSQL Server
This service allows you to create online PostgeSQL databases
and grant permissions on them to individual internet users,
like your colleagues, friends and family. You can define
who can write to a database and who can have only read only
permissions.
phpPgAdmin
phpPgAdimn is a web based PgSQL database manager
that gives you control to add/edit/delete tables, fields, and values. You can also
run queries directly from this interface.
MSSQL Server
This service allows you to create online MSSQL databases,
grant permissions on them to individual internet users,
like your colleagues, friends and family. You can define
who can write to a database and who can have only read only
permissions. The database content can be accessed and
edited using any MS SQL client.
ODBC
Here you can configure drivers for the databases you use
with your site.

Miva e-commerce
Miva is a commercial online store that you can use to sell
your goods or services online.
osCommerce
osCommerce is a free online store that you can use to sell
your goods or services online.
CGI Wizard
Counters
Counters are scripts that track how many times a page was
opened by internet visitors. Here you can install a counter
script to your account so it can be incorporated into
the pages of your site.
GuestBooks
GuestBooks allow internet visitors to leave their comments
on your site. Here you can install a guestbook to your
account.
FormMail
Formmail is a tool that collects data from HTML forms submitted
by internet users and sends it to your e-mail account.
Chat
Chat service allows you to enhance your site by adding your
own chat rooms for internet visitors.
Forum
Forum is an online discussion group. You can install it
to allow visitors with common interests exchange open messages
right on your site.
Support
Ticket Center
This service lists the trouble tickets you submitted to
the technical support. You can close the tickets that have
been answered or follow them up.
New Trouble Ticket
This is the place to report your problems to the technical
support. After you create a trouble ticket, it is placed
in the ticket center.
